We are incredibly proud to announce Justina Smith’s series “The Roxy” will be this year’s festival image.

A note from fest director Steve Pirot:

‘We chose Justina Smith’s paintings to represent Nextfest 2015 because they are beautiful. Moreover, it is our 20th anniversary, so these images of The Roxy’s iconic signage gives us an opportunity to honour our past. Usually the Nextfest festival image is a face so these images of a building may seem to be a deviation at first, but, then there is the realization that The Roxy was more than just the home of Nextfest, it was Nextfest’s true face.’ ~ Steve Pirot
