Artist statement:

My name is Rowan Downey-Quinteros. I took these five portraits with the intention of going for a futuristic vibe. My photography projects usually reflect the music I listen to and I knew that I wanted this set of pictures to have a cool electronic feel to them. Everything about this shoot was DIY. My friends were the models and I can’t thank them enough. The set up I made myself.  This was the first photo shoot that I controlled and it was an amazing experience. I hope to do more photo shoots in the future and continue taking pictures for local concerts in Edmonton.
