I am a farm kid from a small hamlet in Northern Alberta. My life revolves around community, family, and friendship. Growing up in such a small community inspired me to always follow my curiosity. I have traveled and worked many different jobs before pursuing film. I am still a volunteer fire fighter, I’ve worked in the oilfield doing many different maintenance jobs and oil spill clean-up, butcher shop hand, barista, and now a full-time artist and I couldn’t be happier. I hope to make this film into something bigger about how important it is to be connected to the land.
